Thank you for requesting my 2010 information!

I am really excited about some of the “new” heirloom varieties I am offering this year, as well as some wonderful old standbys. This list has more than 100 varieties of heirloom tomatoes, that are available for preordering.. My own collection now has in excess of 650 varieties... to see more of these and the other veggies I grow for transplant sales, you will need to visit in person at the farm or market.

I have been growing and selling transplants for years now. I will also mail out plants if picking them up in person is an impossibility. For mailing purposes, each box insert is hand cut(by my husband) to prevent the plants from moving while in transit, and to date, all plants have arrived in optimum shape. Each plant is in a 3” pot, hardened off and ready to be planted in your garden. All plants are grown organically, as they should be. Please note that I am a small grower and there are limited quantities of all varieties. Order early and list substitutes…some varieties sell out quickly. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your plants, please contact me and I will make it right. Instructions and costs are reviewed on the order form, for your convenience.

If you live nearby, my Tomato Day sale is lots of fun, an heirloom tomato plant -scavenger hunt if you will! This year it will be held on Saturday May 22 and Sunday May 23, from 8am-4pm on both days. There are thousands of plants, hundreds of varieties and the plants are healthy and vigorous. You are welcome at other times as well to pick up your plants, but I only pull out the super- cool ones for this weekend. There will also be many other heirloom veg transplants and SEEDS too!

  • No internet orders available at this time, payment by cheque due at time of order.

  • If you are needing your plants mailed, a minimum of 6 plants need to be ordered, or multiples of 6. Of course varieties can be mixed.

  • Each plant is $3.50, box of 6 = $21, tax included. Discounts apply for more than 10 plants, as above.

  • Plants shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Please add $15 for each box of 6.

  • If you live west of Ontario, I recommend Canada Post Xpress post. I will not send plants until I have confirmed (for your approval) the cost of postage. It can be a lot.

  • Please list substitutes if desired.

  • Please note, I will email or phone you to advise you when your plants have been shipped.

Please click on link below to download the listing
of varieties and an order form.
